Acute Kidney Injury
Ren BioScience is committed to advancing therapies that protect kidney function in patients at risk of acute kidney injury.
Early preclinical and cell-based studies have yielded promising results. It is our hope that these findings will translate into meaningful protection against irreversible kidney injury in high-risk surgical and critical care settings.
Metabolic and Autoimmune Disease
Ren BioScience is preparing to advance therapies for patients living with unique metabolic and autoimmune diseases where mitochondrial dysfunction plays a central role.
Future programs will explore the potential to protect organs from inflammatory and metabolic injury in conditions such as mitochondrial diabetes and antiphospholipid syndrome. By targeting early drivers of damage, we aim to offer new hope to patients at risk of chronic disability for these challenging diseases.
